In this workshop, we will embark on a beautiful journey with the Spirit of Cacao, a powerful plant known to open the heart and awaken the soul. We will access powerful tools from the Kundalini Yoga tradition, which will assist us in preparing the ground for expansion and healing. The practice of Shamanic Journey will foster a deeper connection with our soul and allow us to experience our core essence.
Through the combined practices of meditation, breathwork, yoga and shamanic rituals, we will explore deep healing, release old patterns, and access our inner wisdom. Together, we will awaken the sacred within.
